What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in the browser of its visitors, in order to remember useful information from one page to the next or from one visit to the next. Similar tools include, for example, the browser’s local storage (localStorage).
In brief
- The website uses only technical cookies, which are necessary for it to work.
- It does not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, nor tools such as Google Analytics: visits are counted anonymously and in aggregate form, without cookies.
- The law does not require consent for technical cookies: this is why the information bar only has a button to close it.

Visit statistics
To know how many visits the website receives and which pages are read, we use Koko Analytics, a component installed on our own server: the data stay with us and are not sent to third parties. It counts visits and page views only in aggregate form, without cookies and without storing IP addresses or other data that could identify visitors. For this reason no consent is required.
Third-party content: the OpenStreetMap map
The Contacts page shows an interactive map from OpenStreetMap, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom, a country for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision). To draw the map, your browser downloads the images from the OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address and the technical data of the request (browser, referring page). OpenStreetMap does not use this data for profiling or advertising; details can be found in the OpenStreetMap Foundation’s privacy policy.
The “Open in Google Maps” button takes you to Google’s website only if you click it: from that moment on, Google’s privacy policy applies.
How to manage cookies from your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some functions, such as remembering the language you have chosen, may not work. The official instructions for the most common browsers are available here:
