ITS (Integrated Technological System)
RBF DMAT offers to the market an integrated system of automation Level 1 and Level 2 gathering the most sophisticated technological controls for Flat Rolling Mills, Tension Leveling, Ring Rolling Mill and System with Electrical Axes . The system is basis on a microprocessor platform and PCs.
The hardware configuration, mounted in a single cabinet, foresees the following main components:
- µP platform for Level 1 control system (the number of CPUs belongs the application to be automated)
- personal computers for Level 1 HMI system
- personalcomputers and server with data base for Level 2 and relevant HMI
- industrial computer for data logging
- industrial computers as engineering station
The type and quantity of technological functions of the applicative software belong to the application.
Other optional devices can be added based on the particular application or request. The system can be easily integrated in a automation plant using the international standard communication protocol as the Profinet, Profibus DP, Ethernet TCP/IP, etc..
